Some of you have seen my other posts but here is a quick run down. Cervical cancer survivor here! Had surgery in Oct '13 and finished chemo & radiation mar'14. I have joined a gym and eating "better". Some days calorie def, some days not so much. I am already seeing a lot of improvement in my legs ( which is where I lost the most muscle mass during cancer treatment), however my stomach which is where the surgery was ( to remove all my girlie bits) is so saggy and round. I have nightmares of it hanging down around my knees and having to wear sweatpants for the rest of my life.

I was not in good shape before my health went south so this is a total life change for me but one that I have to do as my rish for cancer coming back is greatly lessened if I am healthier. I was 260 lbs chemo brought me down to 230 but I am back up to 250 with the building of my leg muscles (and the additional calories that the doctors told me to eat the weeks following chemo).

My dairy is open please feel free to look it over and make real and possible recommendations for a 35 year old woman, who works full time and has 3 children including one with special needs.
