    30 day difference ! Pic included :)

    You hear it all the time..take 30 days to change your life..well I did. I just changed to mostly clean eating , counting every calorie ( I even had ice cream at the movies some days!) and being accountable for myself. I workout 30-45 minutes everyday without a gym as Youtube videos are my best friend. Between Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout , Walk away the ounds 3 mile , and HasFit beginner workouts I am never bored !

    I have not updated my official counter as weigh in day is Sunday but will be out of town..but feel so good I wanted to share some before and after. This doesn't stop here..it;s just proof that we all can do it !

      Sounds like you're doing everything you should be doing! Keep it up and you will be very healthy and fit in just months!
      Then the pounds will drop off and by then you will have developed good habits to last a lifetime.
