It doesn't matter as long as you are weighing yourself at the same time everyday. I weigh myself first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything.0

Weigh first thing in the morning, after using the bathroom, naked. So before exercise or anything else.0

Not really, just be consistent about when you weigh in. I always weigh in when I wake up on Saturday after my workout and before breakfast. That way you're taking variables that can affect your weight out of the equation (how much food is in your stomach for example).

Remember that you sweat a lot during exercise and so you will lose a lot of water weight. I weighed myself before and after exercise once and lost 1kg in water weight! Best to weigh before hand so it's accurate, but like others have said the best thing is to weigh yourself at the same time every day. First thing in the morning will give you the most accurate reading as your body wont be full of food.0
