Feeling hungry, help!

Hello, I have some health issues that include reactive hypoglycemia and gluten intolerance. I'm having a really hard time finding foods that keep me full.

The problem is also that I have a very bad gag reflex with food, so foods I cannot stand- oatmeal, almonds, avacado, most nuts except for peanuts and cashews

I can have sweet potato every now and again but I'm on a break from it

I also have milk intolerance and every protein powder I've tried makes me sick. Even natural sugar like stevia which confuses me. Apparently my body refuses to accept any sugar that is not table sugar... ugh

I eat and then a few hours later I am alwasy hungry again. While this may be normal, its very irritating trying to cut back calories. I have a 1500 limit and I'm trying to back away slowly from it.

Any advice? :(

Have you tried cooked vegetables maybe broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms or carrots? I eat that with almost every meal, about 2 cups and am stuffed. It's super low calorie and you can pan cook it with some 0 calorie spray oil and a little salt it's super yummy!

They also make a good in between meal snack since they're so low in calorie

Eggs? Peanut butter? Protein bars? Is it the texture of foods your gag reflex reacts to, or is it the smell?

    its kind of both :/
I love peanut butter and have found that Luna makes awesome gluten free protein bars
I eat eggs, I may have to try the veggies.
I don't like cauliflour, usually when I cook them I add gf soy sauce and make it more of a stir fry, but that stuff also amps up sodium etc. I will have to try that anyways. Thanks!!!
