OMG i hate cravings
I'm craving something right now and i don't even know what it is:frown: ! I had my Capn crunch peanut butter cereal for breakfast, was starving around lunch so i ate my lean cuisine AND my apple. I'm still hungry.
What do i do?
Besides that problem my other craving I love Flamin' Hot Cheetos. I'm craving them something fierce!!! I can't seem to get enough. They are part of my previous weight problem. I have never had a problem putting away an entire bag. Yes very sad but I love them. Even now if i buy a bag i have to go ahead and seperate it into servings or i'll eat the whole bag.
so the question is now how do i break the obsession? I don't want to give them up because i do love them but how do i make it so i have the will power to not eat them.
PS I'M NOT PREGNANT!!! Not one comment about the possibility because it's medically not in my cards right now eventually but not now. so that is NOT a possibilty for the cravings, just a serious lack of will power.

two words: eat protein! The more processed carbs you eat, the more you want to eat. Good luck!0

I agree! If you eat a ton of processed carbs you will never be full. You need fresh, lean proteins and lots of fruits and veggies! Sounds boring I know but once you eat that way for a while, you crave it.
