In my defense, I am pretty certain that I had a miscarriage there in the middle of the month. I was a week late and was starting to notice pregnancy symptoms when suddenly they stopped and I started.
I hope that was the issue, because otherwise I don't have a clue.0 -

Hi everybody. My starting weight on May 1st was 140. At the end of May I was 138.2. Not even a dismal two pounds down. Now near the end of June I am at 132. Eight pounds since May 1st and six pounds this month. Just wanted to reinforce for everybody how weight loss is not linear. The rate of weight loss varies. Our bodies go through periods of adjustment and sometimes we just have to be patient.0
