the code that photobucket gives you that starts with IMG is the one you need. The only thing is you have to change those letters to lower case. so instead of IMG it should read img, both in the beginning of the code and the end.

I am 5' 9" and have a goal weight of 154 lbs.
I usually start feeling good in clothes, etc. at around 163 lbs.

You'd have to save the photos together as one IMG attachment for that to work. Basically a process of Microsoft word, paint, edit/crop, photobucket upload.
