Today I ran my first (personal) 5k!! I'm so pumped!! Added bonus, did it in under 40 mins. Woot Woot!

    Thanks...I've been working at running for a LOOOOONNNNGGG time it feels like. Moving it outdoors from the treadmill has made all the difference in the world!!

    I will not forget the first time I ran 5k (ever) last fall. Seriously, I'm not sure that I would be more excited if I ran the Boston Marathon. Felt like a million bucks. Keep at it and 5k will be your warm-up. :)

    wow, congrats! i know what that feels like as i ran 5k this morning. I did mine in 42:30, my personal best so far :) good job!
