    Technically i am already doing all that haha, my holiday is in February next year which is my ultimate goal to be completely toned and sexy :D but i will definitely be 58kg in 50 days :) maybe even lower :O

    Hi all, it's day 4 for me. Day 3 was quite as good as the first two - I didn't get to my running club and my eating was a bit haphazard in the evening. But it wasn't dreadful and today is going to be better. I'll squeeze in a run later.....

    Thanks for the summary Spillano - that's very generous spirited of you. I'm happy to report back my first weigh in, but it will need to be the weekend as I'm working away for the next two days and am away from my scales. Hope everyone else is doing OK.

    It's my 3rd day of counting and getting up early to exercise. Really having difficult time. I was able to get to my lowest weight which was 128 lbs a year ago and after that I just stopped counting and just exercising if I have time. Then my clothes won't fit anymore. The biggest lesson I learned is that I need to count my calories for the rest of my life and stop eating crap. Have a good day everyone.

    Hi sacaguia~ I am in the same way. I realized that even if I worked out and ate well for, say 6 mos or a year, it all comes down to taking it day by day. Hang in there and keep getting up early to exercise and I will do the same!!

    Hi Everyone! This morning I did about 30 minutes of the DVD Jari Love Get Ripped Slim and Lean.

    I really like Jari and find her very motivating. I got in a short walk at lunch and hope to walk again tonight.

    I don't have a specific weight loss goal for the next 50 days because I learned in WW not to focus on the number on the scale so much as to focus on all the steps to get where I want to go, e.g. exercise, portion control, positive attitude...

    Day 4 and the wheels haven't come off. The low-carb slant is going well, I don't feel hungry, though I do feel a little bloated and sluggish...part of that is probably because it's almost my time of the month, another part is that I need to do a better job of going to sleep when I am tired and not reading on my iPad for hours. Good luck to everyone getting through the next days.

    Thanks girl. I made it today not eating snacks at night. I have 1 hr before going to bed. It's only 3 days since I started counting everything again. Today I don't feel as bloated. Planning on waking up early and exercising tomorrow. Goodnight everyone.

    Day 5 - day 4 turned out OK with food but I didn't get my run. Too much time in the office and not enough in the gym!

    Anyway, I'm working away for a couple of days so food can be a bit tricky. There's a gym at the hotel, and I'm in central London so there are lovely parks to run in. I'll get in one or the other tonight........

    Hope everyone else is doing OK - first weigh in is approaching!!

    Day 4, don't want to get up this morning to exercise but I did. I finished my workout and ate a healthy breakfast. Lunch will be tricky because my co-workers and I will go out for lunch. I will be good today and planning to stick to my calories. Good luck everyone.

    I started 30DS this Tuesday, and today was my D3.
    I already lost 1,5lbs since Tuesday, I'm super happy

    SW: 147.9 (May 20th)
    CW: 146.4
    GW: 135

    Main Goal: Wedding Dress try out in 6 weeks :happy:
    We can do this!

    I'm having problems in upping my Protein intake.
    What can you suggest as a snack?

I'm starting on the Daniel Fast next week [giving myself this week to wean myself off of caffeine] - it will last 40 days. giving up sugar and caffeine and eating much more healthy than I have in the past. I could also use some MOTIVATED friends for encouragement. Feel free to add me!

    This morning I did Mari Windsor Pilates 20 minute work out. It felt really great to stretch, but I'm sure I didn't burn enough calories.

    I've already calculated all my calories for the day and I am over. It looks like I need to save myself some $$money and quit buying a SBUX Grande Skinny Mocha every day. (but I love it sooooooooooo much).

    It has been raining this afternoon, but I'll try and get a walk in after work.

    hi everyone my name is jake and i am new to the board, i have put on a few lbs over the long winter( more than i would have guessed) but i have made up my mind and its time for a change both physically and mentally and i figured the best way to achive both is with a diet and exercise reboot. If anyone out there could help point me in the right direction, i have gym and exercise experience what i lack is food and nutritional help along with any supplements i might consider trying that would be condusive to my weight loss goal for the summer.

    Hi, I am down a kilo - however I have to say my weight seems to fluctuate by that pretty easily so i guess it's if it keeps going down. I feel like my scales a glued to the same spot. My starting weight was 97.5k and today 96.6... I am 175cm the good news is that drop of a kilo brings me down a. BMi point to 31... Only two to go until I get back into overweight! Finding it really hard to stay motivated.

    Congratulations Spillano and Shihpoonut on your week 1 losses!

    I've stayed the same - nothing for the leaderboard Spillano I'm afraid.

    But I won't be put off, I had three days working away this week, and forgot my gym stuff (well I took my trainers and nothing else!). So I did plenty of walking but it's not enough. Anyway, back home now so I've got some catching up to do this week!

    I have been exercising and watching my calorie intake, so far. My main problem right now is I eat really healthy all day long and then by/just after dinner I want chocolate and junk food. Any ideas on how to keep these cravings away?

    Hi urdollface ... What I've been doing is having a bowl of cereal with milk; if I feel particular bad, a teaspoon of peanut butter. ... but then again I'm only 3 days in ... so the cravings not hit yet. I think the best thing though is to focus on a slimmer you, then go look in the mirror, which is actually what I did yesterday, cruel and tough though.

    It's a tough battle. Let's just think how great it will be when we make it through!
