Need Motivational Help

I've lost 25lbs since chemo last year. I need some motivation bc I just had my 10th and 11th surgery and am limited to what I can do. It's bad for me. Lol. I'm into yoga, walking and kickboxing. I cannot go back to the gym and also do kickboxing until July 1st. Had major abdominal surgery with hernia repair...and foot surgery. I'm bummed bc it's been cloudy here and drains my motivation. Any help would be appreciated to help me get off my butt.

    Hi! Welcome to the site :smile:
    I just completed my first 90 day goal by committing to log on every day. I've found that making one small decision and doing it every day can lead to big changes over time. I would recommend logging in daily, keeping up with some friends on the site, and doing an activity your able to consistently.
