OMG! with Vanilla! I miss those but I think I might one this Summer...0

No offense, but this seems better as a status update and not a forum topic...0

I apologize. Let me rephrase this. " oh how i long to drink a route 44 dr pepper from sonic and not feel bad about it..... Does anyone else drink them anyways and just work out enough to counter the calories"0
-
Why can't you have one? Just log it and fit it in your day? I had Sonic's the other day and it was delish.0

I am a Dr. Pepper addict. I cut it down to one 12 ounce bottle per day as a snack. And I'm SO looking forward to my snack.0

I still drink Dr Pepper from Sonic, but I usually opt for the small with vanilla or cherry.0 -
Bengal spice tea has been my helper. It is nice and spicy. I do have a Dr. Pepper once or twice a year still but save it for special occasions. I have Bengal spice almost every night.0

what is bengal spiced tea?0

what is bengal spiced tea?
It is made by Celestial Seasonings and is zero calorie. I think it has some stevia which makes it sweet.0 -
Well that was rude... Was not aware you were the post police...No offense, but this seems better as a status update and not a forum topic...0

Lol diet is so not an option in this belly I drank one and it was sooooo wondermous!!!! Just gotta get off my Butt and go run here in a bit.... instead of playing on line and I live in a tiny town so sonic is so not an option. But oh if it were0

do it. live on the edge.0

No reason to feel bad about it, so long as you log it and meet your calorie and micronutrient goals.0
-
You could always treat it as a reward. Make it into an incentive to help you achieve whatever goal you have in mind. "When I do X, I'll treat myself to a Route 44 Dr. Pepper from Sonic." As someone else said, you could also work the calories into your diet and sacrifice somewhere else.0

We don't have Sonic's here.
Now I want a Dr. Pepper and a Sonic.0 -
Unless you ask for light ice / easy ice, you're probably only going to get like 4 ounces of Dr. Pepper anywyay...:drinker: :laugh:0

When I'm at Sonic, I like to get the Route 44 Diet Dr. Pepper and have them add the sugar free mango. But I've lived with a diabetic wife for nearly 20 years now, so sugar-filled (or high fructose corn syrup) drinks taste "wrong" to me. I always ask for "light ice". Sometimes I'll get the diet limeade, and pick a random fruit flavor add-in.0

Ok, as long we are talking Sonic, the summer of shakes is back with PEANUT BUTTER shakes! I am so fitting them into my plan at least a couple of times before they are gone again. Tonight I'm going to try to MacGyver a peanut butter shake using frozen vanilla silk and pb2, I hope it works well enough to fool me!0 -
LOL NOW I WANT SONIC....and a PB shake!!
Which means an hour trip but it will so be worth it0 -

No stevia, unless you're adding it yourself. The sweetness comes from cinnamon and other spices. It's a lot like chai, but without the actual tea (it's an "herbal" tea).0 -

I second that!0 -

Just saying, the limeade with a random flavor sounds absolutely amazing!!!0 -

It's only a status update until it sparks a conversation, then it becomes a forum topic. I took the post to mean "Oh how I long for ..., what do you miss?"0
