Looking for somebody to help with EASY recipe and simple snack ideas! Also motivation, who else is craving carbs at 3:00! LOL

I am on day 6 and it is getting tough...I work a lot and meet clients often...lots of busy work and I am finding myself with just a second to eat and no time to prepare....so I grab some nuts, a string cheese, roll up a couple of pieces of turkey and go but I need to take the time to prepare some meals on the go or have some frozen ones...I wish there were more things sweet to eat as well.. Thinking about trying peanut butter, milk and yogurt just for the sweet tooth and maybe a little powdered cocoa. Any ideas. What are you eating that has been good and yet compliant0

Taco soup is really easy i have it posted in my old south beach journal if ya add me ill send it to ya soon. I did south beach for a long time to lose the first leg of my weight.0

I'm almost halfway through Phase I. I find Kalyn's Kitchen blog the best source of recipes. Almost everything in there is Phase I or Phase II friendly, and it's so freaking tasty! I pretty much scour he blog and then put together a meal plan each weekend, and cook everything on Sundays.0
