Weight loss of 100+ please, to motivate us bigger people

I am starting over AGAIN on my weight loss journey and I am looking for friends, motivation, and to know that others in my position have succeed. I am 340 lbs right now and need to be down to 150 or so. Please post some before and after pics of losing over 100 lbs and/ some tips on how I can actually get through this.

    I don't have pics on my work computer and I'm hoping to finish NROLFW before taking my next lot so I will post those in here in about a weeks time.

    Others will have pics - I'm sure the Ed has a sticky somewhere too. He's lost over 300lbs and is amazing!

    As for how to get through this? Don't give up. Don't ever ever ever give up. Work out your calories, include a moderate deficit, get some exercise and log your food. Burning more than you eat - it works. There will be days that it feels awesome and days that it sucks. Just keep going. Keep picking yourself up.

    I am such a yo-yo dieter. I weight 282 right now and I want to get down to 140. I lost 62 pounds 2 years ago, but I gained it right back. I will be your friend and maybe we can stop this vicious cycle.

    I've lost 135 plus pounds in a little over 7.5 months. Don't know how inspirational I am just trying to do the very best that I can and keep learning for this new journey of mine...

    This was from about 110 lbs progress. I'm now up to 126lbs loss, and I now weigh 125lbs. Everyone can do it!

    I started at 380. I'm 6'1. Currently at 345 and trying to get down to 220 by December! I welcome anyone to add me. I'm also looking for some fitspiration and weight loss advice.

    Heya! I was at 300 pounds when I weighed myself a few weeks ago. My scales are not reading right (they say my daughter weighs a number that she definitely does not). Anyway, no current weight yet. I'll add 'after' pics to my profile when there's a visible change. After a month of cutting out breads, pastas and such, I can put my wedding ring on without using lotion and ending up with the band stuck on my finger. :) Yay! The pants I bought the week before I started are loose on me now. Small steps, but thrilling! I'd love to find some friends to support and be supported by in return. Add me if you like!

    Hello! Started at 291, and goal is 150. I'm a little over halfway there. I've "dieted" and joined weight watchers in prior years. What truly set me right was being diagnosed with diabetes. My son doesn't need to see that! So here I am, losing more than I ever have before!
