TRX The good? The Bad?

Does anyone have any thought on TRX training? I have recently been going to a TRX/Reformer class that I am really enjoying. I was wondering if anyone has any info. on this? I have never heard of it until I signed up for my Groupon ;)

    LOVE LOVE LOVE TRX.

    I have been TRX training for about a year and I feel so much stronger and toned. It is awesome for core, and I love that you can modify any exercise to make it harder or easier just by adjusting your position. That way, you can always work right on the edge of what you are capable of.

    I agree with glasshalfful. I have been doing it 3x a week for the past month with classes at my gym and I have noticed a lot of changes in my shoulders and core (my legs were pretty toned already) Plus, I like how I feel when I see that I have upped my reps each week as we do tabata style or other timed intervals. It is all very individual based. you do what you can and you work your way up.
