I have several pictures in my kitchen and on my phone of myself and others that I use as inspiration.
This is what I would like to look like at the end of my journey.

    I'm happier, healthier, and sexier.
    I think that's all I've ever wanted.
    And then I enjoy my life.

    I am my own inspiration. I keep this photo all around me to remind me how far I've come, but also how far I have yet to go. Can't wait to be even fitter and smaller and to post that picture!

    My inspiration is Tosca Reno because of her lifestyle and rocking over-50 body. A women my age shouldn't pick 20 year old supermodels for inspiration! Sharon Stone's cover of Shape Magazine was also great.
