Whatever's clean. Knee length shorts or capris. Tank tops now that it's hot.

I just did 30 minutes on the elliptical in nothing but my undies and sneakers.

(We have a machine at home.)

If I go out to the gym, it's usually a tank and yoga capris. And for tennis I'll wear some sort of cute tennis outfit (because the clothes are one of the best things about playing tennis). This time of year, if I am exercising outside, it is whatever is light and comfortable...as it was 93 and humid today.

    Blinds open?

Fair question. And she receives two points for wearing shoes; everybody else working out barefoot, good luck.
  • Dri fit shorts and a dri fit sleeveless shirt......

Blinds closed. Honestly, I had just finished a ton of laundry and didn't want to get anything else sweaty.

Usually running shorts or capris and a t-shirt or tank. I am almost brave enough to run in just a sports bra, but I haven't been hot enough while running yet to feel the need to do so. Oh, and sneakers, because apparently it's important that we include that.

I have three boys (plus a husband) and enough laundry without throwing my own sweaty gym clothes into the hamper.

do microwaveable socks have fewer calories than non-microwaveable ones?

    Admittedly, its a variable I hadn't considered...

Spandex shorts and a loose fitting razorback tank, generally.

Sometimes sweat pants and a sports bra...just all depends.
