    I am new here.. I gained 20 kgs on pregnancy. my baby is 10 months old now. I lost only 5 kgs till now. I have to lose 15 kgs.

    Last couple of days have gone pretty well,,feeling motivated today,, in between food times can be hard to find out what to snack on that are low in calories
