I'm needing some new music to get me motivated while working out. I listen to more rock music but during my workout I need something that has a good fast beat. I just added Katy Perry's Dark Horse. Something like that would be great. What do you recommend from your playlist?

    Here's mine:

    Don't Stop Believing, Journey
    Stronger, Kelly Clarkson
    Burn, Ellie Goulding
    Wake Me Up, Avicci

And my nerdy stuff from the Pitch Perfect Soundtrack:
    Bellas Finals
    Don't Stop the Music
    Since U Been Gone
    Cups

What I do is go on Amazon and look for the workout compilations (like, rock workout music) and listen to the samples and buy that way. I mean, aside from my Pitch Perfect nerd stuff ;)

    Yay! :)

For me, anything by Lindsey Stirling is good.

I like the good upbeat stuff too! Have been adding a lot of older songs lately. One of my favorites is "Talk Dirty to Me" by Poison. Such a perfect beat for running!! Also have recently started running to these ones..
    Red Jumpsuit Apparatus - Facedown
    Breaking Benjamin - Breath
Rednex - Cotton Eyed Joe (haha but definitely upbeat!)
Nickelback - If Today was your last day
    Metro Station - Shake It
Metallica - Enter Sandman and Same Old Situation
    Gwen Stefani - Crash
Great White - Once Bitten Twice Shy -
    Faceplants - Last Night
    Pretty Vegas - INXS
    Breakdown - Seether
50 Ways to Say Goodbye - Train
    Kid Rock - Cowboy
    JEsse's Girl - Rick Springfield
AC/DC - Same Old Situation etc.

Great thread! Already got some new ideas :)
