Grenade Pills?

Hey everyone! I'm currently on the road towards my goal weight. I’ve got about 5 stone to lose (I’ve lost 9lbs so far) and I’m doing this by eating clean and exercising 4 days a week. I've seen a steady loss every week - both in terms of weight and cm (I'm taking body measurements to track my progress) - and I'm having a lean protein drink before my work outs which help boost my energy levels a little and I think has helped with my muscle % so far (but if not it's not doing me any harm lol)

Anyway that's just some background - onto my actual question which was my reason for joining. I’ve got some Grenade pills I bought a while ago laying around. I took the plunge and got them after reading a lot of reviews - the consensus of which seemed to be an agreement that they do help with fat loss. I’ve taken them for a few days now and I’ve got to say that they’re making me feel quite peculiar. Peculiar how?

~ Jittery – this one is understandable because of the caffeine and green tea content and also because I don’t have any caffeine in my diet so I’ve got super low tolerance for it.
~Anxious and a little bit down

So my question is has anyone else experienced this, does it get any better and do the pills actually aid weight loss? I know it’s the pills causing these effects because without them I’m just fine and dandy and to be honest I do have productive work out without them so they're not essential. If the side effects don’t dissipate then I’ll stop them all together because a little helping hand in the fat burning area isn't worth feeling so peculiar for. But if they do and the pills actually really help with the fat burning alongside the eating clean and exercising then I will persevere. So I wanted to draw on other people’s experience to before I make a decision either way.

Thanks so much for any advice or experience you're able to share. It’s much appreciated because finding such specific guidance from my usual go to network of friends and family is impossible with something like this.

:-)
