I am not able to work out as much as I would like due to my physical abilities. I wanted to know whats the best simplest way to exercise for someone who is trying to lose a lot of weight and is a beginner?

It is somewhat difficult to recommend exercise without knowing what your physical disabilities are… BUT
There are an abundance of options, even using your own bodyweight if you have no equipment…
Do what you can with what you got!
    AND
Less more Consistently is better than a lot every now and then.

I third walking. I walk a few hundred miles per month. It does wonders for you - more than most people realize.

But remember, bodies are made in the kitchen more than anywhere else.

As everyone says, walking! Either outside or on a treadmill, whichever works and is more comfortable for you.

I found swimming very beneficial to me when I began. Very low impact, great cardio.
