Hurt ankle

Hello,
I have currently hurt my ankle and finding it painful to walk but my question is what exercises can I do to help me tone and lose weight while I am injured??
Before I hurt my ankle I was doing level 2 of 30 day shred but I stopped it as soon as my ankle got hurt I really don't wanna miss out on exercise while I am injured. Any help or advice would be great ????

    Cycling might still work for you if you have a bike (real or stationary) and swimming is excellent if you can get to a pool.

    Dunno if I can get to a pool as hubby works on call out so he can't have the kids while I go incase he gets called out, don't have a bike either ???? things ain't really looking good for me at the min lol
