A lot of weight to lose

Hi,

My names is Steph, I'm 27 and my current weight is the wrong side of 200lbs

I've been on and off trying to lose weight for years but never really stuck to it. Its got to the point now where its now or never. I've been getting bigger and bigger and its really getting me down. Clothes don't fit me or look right and I hate going anywhere or socialising (especially with all my friends with gorgeous figures).
I'm hoping to lose in total about 65-70lbs but I'm trying to set smaller goals to keep me motivated. Would like to have some people to add who are trying to lose quite a bit like me but happy to have any one as friends.

    good morning! I've started at 250 lbs in 2011. The highest I've been. Currently I'm at 195 but still have about 45-50 more lbs that I would like to lose. I set my goals at 10 lbs each so it doesn't look like I have alot to focus on lol.

    Hello! Just joined yesterday and feel the same, I'm around 190lbs and wish to lose around 50lbs, tried to do it so many times with various methods/diets and figure that, with others, it's always easier! Add me if you want!

    I have tried alot of diets too. I think it took me longer than others to lose 50 lbs but I finally got there. I always start off real good and then hit a plateau and that's where I tend to give up. this time I'm gonna work harder at my weight loss.

    I've been using MyFitness pal app for ages but have just joined the forum.

    I'm doing T25 (with my other half), we're on week 3 alpha and it's killing us! We didn't realise how unfit we were! We're also doing the high protein low carb diet, it's not as bad as I thought and I actually don't miss potatoes, bread and pasta which I used to eat at least one poss two of them on a daily basis!

    I don't know my start weight because I stupidly forgot to weight myself before I started with the diet and exercise but I've lost 7lbs! It's not enough to be a clothes size smaller but I have noticed other clothes fitting better than before so it's a good start!
