Hi all!

My name is Jeremy I've been using the app solidly for the last 3 months and off and on for a year.

So far I have lost 39.3kg. My first goal (foolishly set quite high) is in about another stone.

I started out my journey at a whopping 173.3kg. I have lost about 9 inches off my waist and around the same off my chest. My neck has lost about 4 inches and I lost a shoe size as all my old shoes are now too big.
