you can do it - make sure you keep up with entering your intake accurately and don't forget your water. Also make sure you do the measurements and record them- I was surprised how quickly the inches started falling off.0

Im new to this too! I haven't done any measurements yet, but have already lost 2.6 lbs since Monday. I love this site it helps you stay on track with everything.0
