Hello, new to myfitnesspal.

Just started diet and exercise plan today. Hope I can stick with it! need to lose 30 lbs. and get healthy.

    you can do it - make sure you keep up with entering your intake accurately and don't forget your water. Also make sure you do the measurements and record them- I was surprised how quickly the inches started falling off.

    Im new to this too! I haven't done any measurements yet, but have already lost 2.6 lbs since Monday. I love this site it helps you stay on track with everything.
