I'm currently in the middle of my journey I think I started off at 209 lbs at 5ft 8 I'm currently weighing 167lbs but still have this mummy tummy it has gone down and I do want it to be as flat as I can get it.

I just need inspiration to see if others have managed to do it.

I went from a uk size 10 to an 18 after having my first child. It took me around 3 years to get where I am including having a second child and barely lost what I had worked for. I think I'm either left with excess skin in my tummy area/ fat/ or a bit if both.

I've started running 5k x3+ a week and walking as much as possible. Will go back to weights when I have more time on my hands to do both.

This is a work in progress. I have two kids, one vaginal birth the other c-section.

I started out at 184.5lbs on Jan 20
83 days difference front (Day 34 left, Day 117 is today, right)

Now I am 172.5lbs. I lift heavy weights atleast once a week, try to run atleast 3x per week. I walk a lot.

Excess skin is inevitable if it happens to you (as you can see, I have it) but you shouldn't let it hold you back.

I posted mine in a success thread, I'll link it here.
My highest weight when pregnant was 200lbs, After having both girls I sat around 180 for WAY too long. I still have a lot of stretch marks and things aren't quite the way I want them yet, but I'm pleased with how far I've come. You can do this!
