I'm not losing weight

Every time I check the scale I'm always 182. Why haven't I gotten lower than 180? I don't really know what to do and it's frustrating me because I feel fat and like there's something really wrong with me.

    I had a similar problem, had the exact weight within a few ounces for over 6 weeks. Then this week I started ramping up the exercise by walking a lot more, getting a pedometer to track my steps, and this week I finally lost a pound. And I had an ice cream mid week too! So try to increase your exercise a little each day and you'll notice the change soon. Good luck and have a great Memorial Day weekend.
