possible to lose a decent amount of weight in 2 weeks?

I've just tried my bikinis on for holiday for the first time and I was disgusted by what I saw... At the moment I don't think ill even be getting them out on holiday. I can't believe how much weight I've put on over winter and I'm so upset at myself :(

Is it possible to lose a good amount of weight over 2 weeks? Or so much so that I will notice a significant difference, I'm panicking! :(

    I've been doing this for two weeks now. I havent really seen a difference in my body yet :) Nothing wrong with trying though!

    I wish I looked as bad as you :laugh: No seriously, you look great! I recommend the 30 Day Shred dvd for some quick tightening up if you want to improve some :smile:

    I have the 30day shred DVD already! I'll give it a go... It's my hips/love handles I hate them sooo much!

    You could lose some bloat by cutting out starchy stuff for a while, but it will be just water and not a ton of fat (and ANY fat loss is assuming you're still eating at a deficit). Still, water does cause puffiness, so it's not terrible to lose it. But be warned that if you introduce starchy stuff again, you might bloat a LITTLE... But keep eating sensibly and it will balance out. And start exercising with weights now. It makes chicks look AMAZING in a bikini.
