I made a group that I want to share to bring in more members. I want to cap the member count at 30 so it's not too difficult for me to keep a handle on. It's an all woman group for anyone with any kind of fitness goal, to keep you accountable. We will share before and after photos. The group is private so that everyone can feel comfortable sharing their photos. If you would like an invite message me or post here.

This is a private group that will cap at 30 women. We'll post before stats and pictures by June 1st and motivate each other throughout the month. At the end of the month we'll compare our before and after stats. Good luck!

    I would like to be a member of this group. I notice that I do better when I have the encouragement and accountability of others to keep me on track. My first goal is to do 20 minutes of cardio for fourteen days in a row. If I skip one day, I go back to day one and start all over again. It will be great to see the before and after. All the best!
