Greetings, I just wanted to say hello to all of you out there. I am motivated once again. The last time I was motivated was in 2008. Unfortunately, I was sidelined by an injury. Since then, I have been enjoying the comfortable life. I have been using mfp for about a week now. It is a great tool to track nutritional needs while trying to lose weight and build lean muscle. I wish you all luck with obtaining your fitness goals and hanging in there for the long haul.
