What size are you and how much do you weight?

I just kind of want an idea of a generality if possible. I am aware that sizes are different for everyone so PLEASE don't tell me that! I want to know maybe how much I would weight to fit into an 8. I went to the store today and they didn't have my size so I got the closest thig which was 8, because they were on sale and I can exchange them once they have my size. Anyways thanks!

    It's been years since I was a size 8, so I couldn't tell you how they are sized now, but check out http://www.mybodygallery.com/. Basically it has a bunch of pictures of women of various body types, sizes, heights and weights that you can sort though. This way you can search your height, body type, and desired size or really anything else if you want. I've seen you post quite a few times about clothing sizes, and I think this site will help.     I am 5'4" and when I weighed 150lb I wore a size 8. Hour glass shape, most jeans are baggy around waist to fit my hips.normal adult size is 5/6 junior/misses at 135 lb. High weigh 179 lbs and size 11/12.

    5'7", 205lbs, size 16/18. When I used to be 180 lbs, I still wore a size 14 and I'm 5'7. Of course, I've never been one to wear my clothes skin-tight.

    I'm 5' 6" weigh 130 lbs, wear small top and size 12 pants. It's so frustrating being pear shaped because I have to keep my weight at 121 lbs in order to wear size 8 pants which is what I'm working towards. So you see, the size you wear depends on your body type.

    You probably want to ask for height too, since that'll make a big difference. I'm 5'4" 125 lbs and I'm a size 2-4.

    You can't assume that she wears her clothes skin tight. Women's clothes sizes are SO subjective and change depending on style, brand, manufacturer, etc. For her a size 12 could be the perfect fit.

    I wish that women's clothing were more like men's, but unfortunately the fashion industry preys on women's insecurities, why else would someone go to 1 store and be a size 8 and then go to another store (same day) and be a size 6? It makes absolutely no sense.
