Hello everyone! I am new here and I am looking forward to finding inspiration and possible fitness buddies too. I like the idea of being a member of this type of thing as I beleive it will keep me more accountable about my exercise and calories. The whole site is amazing and already I have done more activity just this week than I have done in the last year. Hurrah!

  • Hello I am new here also, I am amazed at the site and love it already. It is so easy to list food that you have had throughout the day. Only draw back for me is, it keeps telling me my cal. intake is not enough, I feel if I eat anymore I will pop. Trying to get started on exercise here, hopefully tomorrow I will have some good workouts to do.
