new here and already frustrated

Hey everyone. I just joined this site and I'm already frustrated. I don't even know how to use the damn thing!! Insert foods?? Can someone please help me understand what info I need to input? I don't know if I can do this but that may just be my frustration over a crying toddler talking...lol either way I need help with the site!!!

  • Just click track food, then add in the search box type whatever food you want to find, scroll through and when you find it, click on it and add.
    The same can be done for exercising tab as well.

    The track foods is to track what you have eaten, or to search to see how many calories the food you plan to eat are. The site tracks the foods you eat and the calories, so you know if you are over or under the amount of calories you should eat in a day.
