I am new here, hoping this will help in my desire to lose weight, and get healthy...2nd day and already it is saying my cal. intake is to low lol...and it actually increased wayyyyy much from yesterday...got to get going on the exercise, but don't know what to do...have to find some good one online. Hope I meet alot of people who will support me ....for I will need it

    Welcome!!! Try to eat close to the calorie count. Of course only good food though. I find eating more protein works the best since you do need more most times. This site is great and once you start exercising you get more calories to eat. LOL. Good luck!
