This is me 17 weeks into my weight loss journey, even though it is still early days yet I feel fab! I have a LOT more to lose and just 3lbs away from being smack on 200lbs! Hopefully by Christmas I will be at least 180 MAYBE 160lbs xx

Of course you can do it KEVERDVM! I thought I couldn't because all I ever did was sit down on my *kitten* staring at the computer screen for up to 11 hours a day! I often got jealous of the people posting their progress pics and became inspired. Now that I am well on my way to a healthier life, I myself am becoming an inspiration and it pushes me further to help others xxxx0

Thanks again guys! One member has stated I haven't told you guys how I did it, well as always.. There's no miracle formula.. All I have been doing is walking my dog and eating better. The reason why my body is toning up is because I climb up steep hills. I will start to tone up even more with strength exercises and hopefully I'll be doing the 30 day ab challenge soon! xxxxxxx0

I range between 1400 to 1800 calories a day depending if I feel hungry or not. I never go hungry and practically eat every 4 hours hehe! I have breakfast, dinner, snack and supper. xx0
