    Click on the persons name above their picture. That will take you to their profile. There are two green buttons to the right of their picture. One says send message the other one says add as friend.

    WELL, YOU GO INTO THAT PERSON'S PROFILE AND PICK "ADD AS FRIEND" (IN GREEN NEXT TO PHOTO). IF THIS WHAT YOUR WONDERING. :happy:
