does anyone use hemp seeds to up their protein? I am having an issue getting my protein to the level it needs to be. I am not a fan of protein shakes and am looking for an alternative.

    I use NTV039_id.jpg
I love it because it's not full of crap and it's also full of fiber.

I grind and use hemp it all the time. I throw it in shakes, on yogurt, in oatmeal, in baked goods... I like flax seed meal too.

I'ved used hemp seeds before. Currently I am using chia seeds. I like them both! This morning I had a banana with peanut butter and chia seeds. I like to get them in their natural form, not a protein powder. That way I am not getting any added chemicals or whatever.

Hemp, chia, and flaxseed meal (ground flax seeds). I pre-bag them with 1 tablespoon of each type in a zip lock sandwich bag, then keep them in the freezer. That way whenever I'm making a smoothie I have them ready to go.
