Hey guys i appreciate you taking the time to read.
So today I've had 1 yogurt, brown bread and 2 boiled eggs, glass of milk, 40g of grated cheddar, tin of baked beans and 10 chicken goujons, I have 400 calories left tonight and so far I'm at 100g of protein, I'm just wondering does it matter where I get my protein from? Because i don't like fish/tuna etc so would this diet be good as long as I meet my macros? I'm just not sure if I need to be eating a certain type of protein.. The 10 chicken goujons are 45g of protein

As long as you hit your macros, you can eat whatever you want.
Get protein in ways you enjoy, or you'll never be able to do it consistently for the rest of your life.0 -
For as long as I've been on mfp it has been made pretty evident that a lot of people have success eating what they want within their macros, you're safe0

Ok thanks guys, one more question, does it matter if I go a little over on protein? Maybe 5-10g?0

The last few months I lost about 2 stone by just eating less, I wasn't counting calories or meeting macros, and I have lost weight but still have a lot of body fat that I want to lose, which is why I need to focus on meeting protein to keep my muscles..0

That's great! My protein goal set for me by MFP is 60g and it's only 1:40 and I've already gone over it by 5g. It is totally fine.0
