Just one quick picture (almost 80lb down)

First pic I wasn't even as heavy as my starting weight - I was roughly 250lbs when that pic was taken (and started this journey last year at 270lbs). Note the walking stick - I had fibromyalgia and walking hurt! Now I go to 4 classes a week and lift weights 3 times a week. :)

    Thank you for such an inspiring story...Though a least 40 years older than you are... I started my unhealthy relationship with food at a very young age. It was my drug of choice. Seeing the change in your body lets me know it is possible to come out of this fog with a physically different body. First I worked on the mind and now I am working on allowing the my body to catch up with my healthy thoughts. Yippee life!

    You look pretty amazing! Bravo....your story is mine right down to the Fibro and cane...I am almost 3 weeks in...eating well..cannot exercise all that much due to work and just body issues...getting frustrated as the scales are NOT moving but, you have inspired me to keep the chin up and just do it! Way to go Girl!!!! :)
