Why does there need to be a label for everything?
A "sometimes vegetarian" is not a "flexitarian".
They are someone who sometimes opts not to eat meat.

Didn't know they made a name for it. I guess I'm a flexitarian. LOL.

I've actually pondered this quite a bit and for me at least, when I was a vegan not eating any meat or dairy, I think the reason I got judgemental about people calling themselves vegan or vegetarian while still eating eggs, cheese, fish or whatever was that I was truly miserable and hated the fact that I was not eating anything that tasted good and filled me up.

The title was my cross, the badge of my suffering and the definition of my deprival.

It's all about insecurity when it comes right down to it. It's a big world and everyone wants to feel special, even if that means taking a shine off someone elses apple.

That's what I think it is too.
Vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, high carb raw vegan, low fat raw vegan, pescatarian, ovo-lacto vegetarian, fruitarian..the list goes on and on.

Especially when the names get longer and longer, and more confusing (like ovo-lacto vegetarian). Almost sounds like special snowflake syndrome.
