Smoothies (Recipes?)

I am looking for some simple smoothies that I can make that do not make use of any kind of protein enrichment, at all. Protein makes me extremely sick, so I'm trying to stay as low on protein intake as I can. I tried searching google for a few and didn't find many that I could consider because of the addition of so many "protein" things - like the protein powders, etc.
I am a fan of fruit flavors of almost any sort. I don't want anything to 'cleanse' my system, although simple-detox (not cleansing) recipes would not be amiss, as they help make me less sick. Do you guys have any suggestions?

This is my current favorite morning smoothie.
1 TBSP flaxseed
1-2 TBSP oats
1/2 to 1 banana (banana has strong flavor; amount depends on your taste )
couple of strawberries
1/2 to 1 yellow mango
1 cup of water or almond milk (or mix of two)
1 TBSP peanut butter
Optional: 1 TBSP Greek yogurt
Blend and grind the oats/flaxseed up first. Then add fruits and almond milk and blend till smooth. Freeze the mango or banana the night before to make the smoothie thick, creamy, and more yummy frozen yogurt like.
You can make variations with different fruits... peaches, ripe nectarines, kiwis, dried dates, durian, cherimoya, etc. It's really good!!0 -
Cup of nonfat yogurt, banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries. Bam.
I tend to eyeball the amounts. Comes out a rich purple-y color with little specks of blueberry everywhere. It's awesome. I like it as a breakfast sometimes.0 -

This one sounds yummy to try - but how would I get the spinach in there? Never used any "leafy greens" before so I'm not sure how to get them to mix properly with the rest of the smoothie? This is my current favorite morning smoothie.

Thanks for these suggestions! I've definitely got one to try out, and another if I can figure out how to deal with the greens. :laugh:0
