My Weekend Goals

YAY its friday!!! F I N A L L Y! So I have 2 goals for this weekend. 1. No drinking alcohol and 2. No dining out/fried food. Weekends are usually all about eating take out or going out and drinking. BUT being that I am broke this may not be to hard to accomplish. I'm always asking my boyfriend if he wants to get dinner or something but I wont this weekend. He wants to start saving money too because we are moving in together this year (:love: SOOO HAPPY about that!)

What are some of your goals for the weekend?

    My goals for the weekend are to work out....start spring cleaning early...hehe so much snow out there nothing much else to do and clean out my closets....Fitting into size 10, a little snug but in a few weeks they too will be baggy.....Was pushing size 16 back 4 months ago so I am impressed with myself...Thanks to all my friends here on MFP.     You can do it !! I have been off alcohol for almost a week thats a goal of mine too!

    My Weekend goals:
    At least 40 min of cardio both days
    No drinking
    At least ove serving of fruits and one serving of veggies each day
    Get adequate sleep

    Wow I'm proud of you all who won't be drinking this weekend.

    I haven't had a drink since Sunday ... my goal is to workout a least an hour each day and to not drink too much.

    Hey I didnt say I wont be drinking. lol I said that one of my goals is to try to not drink.

    decided on another weekend goal..I have had the Zumba cd's for 5 months now and figure since I do the class at the Y twice a week that I don't have time to do them at home.....my goal is to try and do the Abs workout a few extra days a week. Really need some Abs help and know this would be a good workout. So hopefully I will stay true to my word.....with help from my MFP friends. :smile:
