Hi,
I'm Heather, mom of two, harboror of 50+ extra pounds. I'm from Utah (burrrrrr) I'm new here, today is my first day. I'm familiar with dieting, and message boards. This reminds me very much of medifast's forum. I'm on a complete reconstuctive journey. Not surgery, just a lot of hard work and soul searching. I could sure use some friends:-)
