Thank you for all the Hi's and welcomes. I look forward to this journey with all the fitness pals. Keeping your faith and hope up is the hardest part of this program. Do not worry if one day you slip. I slip daily during lunch or dinner. Being a 38 yo female single mother of two seems impossible to eat healthy and to exercise. But as of May 2009 to current date I have ewnt from 236lbs to 171. It is exciting and hard and I feel amazing. Good luck to everyone.0
