you notice when you pick up old habits- I started playing my violin again, after not having played for several years
you gain more confidence with life and work
your family and personal life improve

I still have 40 kg I want to lose, but it is worth it- I am so much happier.

    you can tie your shoes with ease (no stomach in the way).

    You CAN'T buy clothes in the plus size stores anymore!!!!! Yay for shopping in the mall again!

    ...you think restaurants are making really big booths all of the sudden, and the movie theater seat you chose must be a special accessible one because it's huge, and why do you have such a supersize office chair?! And then you realize oh, this stuff is normal you are just smaller than before ;-)
