Time to get serious

Hi all!

I joined MyFitnessPal a while back but I've decided that it's time to finally start getting serious about my weight. I have done all kinds of diets and tried all kinds of things. My weight has went up and down several times over the last couple years.

A few months ago I was looking at some old pics of myself and shook my head. I used to be so fit and healthy! I want that back and I plan on doing what I have to in order to get there. I've joined a gym and started working out at least 4 times a week. I've started watching what I eat less calories. So now I am using MyFitnessPal so that I can stay accountable for what I am doing.

I am currently 207 and I want to get to at least 160 by my birthday in October.

    Welcome back to MFP!

    I've been on here since January, so I'm just now around 209... I'm trying to lose as much as possible by my birthday in August (and a trip I'm taking)...
