So frustrated..

AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH.
December 25 i weighed myself, i was 165 pounds.
December 29 i weighed myself, I was 169 pounds.
January 7 (today) I weighed myself, and I was .. 174 pounds.
I am really disappointed in myself. I thought i could just not go to the gym for christmas break, since i wasn't here for part of it anyways. I didn't leave until the 29th, which doesn't explain the massive jump in weight. I know i indulged over the holidays, but still.. How on earth could i have gained nine pounds when i watched what i ate., I just don't get it! That's my 5 weeks of work out the window (8 pounds) plus another one on top of it. I might just be retaining water, but today i feel like c***. I don't get what happened.. and how i could have climbed up 9 pounds in less than two weeks when i haven't been completely stuffing my face..

eating carbs can make you retain quite a bit of water. try keeping carbs under 100g for a few days, and then weigh again - I bet it's not as bad as you think! Stay positive0
