Looking for someone to kick me up the backside

I started about 3 weeks ago. Managed to track everything and be really good the first fornight and lost 4 pounds. I'm a school teacher so am home on half term this week and have fallen so easily back to my old ways. I need someone to nag me and hold me accountable to what I'm eating. At least today I have actually tracked all the crap I have eaten. Already have a 4 hour walk planned for tomorrow with a local guide group so I will do this.

    Love the title lol First you must think "What is the reason why I stopped keeping track"? Is it because you got bored or too busy? Majority of people are busy and can work in a healthy lifestyle and remain sane lol Before all the food and exercise to weight loss ect the first thing you need to do is change you mind set. If you want it bad enough you will do it, no excuses! Secondly is their any particular foods that trigger you cravings, sugars, salts? Meal prep is very important, especially at start of this change, sometimes we pick the chips because its quick and easy but if you have healthy foods ready then you wont be so tempted. There are plenty of foods that give in to your sugar and salt cravings or what ever is your vice that wont "wreck" your healthy eating. Great to see you are doing some walking too but keep in mind its important to mix up your cardio, slow pace at 4 hours is amazing but also is a 30min high intensity step class ect Research yummy healthy recipes and different fun exercises, this will ensure you wont get bored :)

    Keep telling yourself what you want, visualize your goals. Find pictures of what you want to look like, determine what you need to do to reach that goal. Making your goals in steps allow you to reach the final destination. It's ok to change your goal as you progress too.
