5 month T25/Insanity

I'm posting my 5 month progress pics from T25 and Insanity! I've got 2 more weeks of my 2nd round of Insanity left, then I'm going to move into strength training. If I can do it, you can do it!

Hi YOU LOOK ABFAB!! (pun intended) Keep up the good work and stay motivated.
I am 50 yrs old and started T25 on Monday. I started with the modified pace and alternate to gauge my ability because it has been sometime since I did any type of strenuous exercise. So far, so good. I plan on re-starting Phase 1 on Monday at the regular pace. My goal is to keep moving.

It is not dance moves, it's a lot of squatting and jumping and high intensity cardio!0 -

Thanks! I prefer Insanity just because I feel like you can't get as good of a workout in 25 min vs 45-59 min. I love Shaun T though, so either program is better than doing nothing. I'm going to do Insanity Asylum at some point.0 -
