I just embraced MFP and trying to save 1000 calories a day, so eating 1500. MFP encouraged me to find healthier foods and weighing my food which helps portion size. Drinking lots of water and not wasting calories on fizzy juice. I've been so busy the last 12 wks of Uni that I haven't managed to get to the gym as much as I was at the start so it's encouraging the weight is coming off still..0
